If you are seriously considering <\/span>buying a property in Turkey<\/i><\/b> to <\/span>get the Turkish citizenship<\/i><\/b>, we strongly advise you to do that as soon as possible!<\/span><\/p>\n On 13 May 2022, the Official Gazette Turkish \u201cT.C. Resm\u00ee Gazete\u201d newspaper published a copy of Resolution No. 5554 issued by the Presidential Cabinet, amending the regulations of <\/span>obtaining the Turkish nationality<\/i><\/b> through <\/span>investing in real estate in Turkey<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n This resolution raises the minimum amount of real estate property investment by foreigners who want to buy <\/span>properties for sale in Turkey<\/i><\/b> to be eligible for the <\/span>Turkey citizenship<\/i><\/b> from $250,000 to $400,000.<\/span><\/p>\n The new law, according to the newspaper, will be implemented a month after its publishing date, which means you still have time to buy <\/span>properties for sale in Turkey<\/i><\/b> for only $250k until 12 June 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n The real estate experts in Turkey say this big change in acquiring the Turkish citizenship laws and regulations by <\/span>real estate investment in Turkey<\/i><\/b> has come after a significant surge in the <\/span>prices of properties in Turkey<\/i><\/b> which have increased by almost 100% compared to the previous years.<\/span><\/p>\n
